What We Do
The Law Unscripted LLC makes the law relatable, understandable, entertaining, and fun. We provide legal education, legal news and analysis, a little comedy, and some great conversations with real-life examples and stories. We host the dynamic duo from Tehrani Law, LLC – tenured attorney Virginia Tehrani and recent law school graduate and newly appointed attorney Chelsey Rogers – who team up for podcasts, Bar Examination Preparation, law school subject reviews, weekly legal news, and some upcoming mock trial coaching and tools.

The Law Unscripted is unlike any other company you have seen. We pair a practicing trial attorney with 17+ years of experience with a graduating law student who is studying for the Bar Examination. Our interaction is dynamic, engaging, funny, charming, helpful, and smart, with some OCD and ADHD sprinkled in for good measure.

We provide training on 8 core MBE subjects most commonly tested. We take a collaborative approach and allow you to choose as much or as little help as you need. We are the only program that allows you to pick and choose your own bundles and packages, even a la carte and by subject matter reviews.
Podcasts
Listen to or watch our two weekly podcasts on YouTube and most audio podcasting sites. Most law schools, and definitely most movies and TV shows, do not teach or show the real practice of law. Law schools tend to teach legal analysis, and Hollywood focuses on courtroom antics and shocking entertainment rather than on factual representations of legal proceedings. Mock Trial Coaching
Starting soon, The Law Unscripted LLC will also offer assistance to mock trial teams, students taking trial advocacy classes, and to new attorneys wanting to learn how to do a trial. Products will include video lectures, video reviews, and downloadable practice forms.
